On average, most rendering requests are completed in about three days or less. However, more complex projects such as animations or highly detailed models may take a little longer.

Subscribe to a plan, and you’ll quickly be added to your own dedicated project board (usually in Trello or Notion). This setup happens within about an hour of subscribing. Once you accept the invite, you’re ready to start submitting your render requests.

Joyride is a one-person studio run entirely by Anthony, the founder. Joyride doesn’t hire extra 3D artists or outsource work. You’ll work directly with Anthony for the entire experience, ensuring consistent quality and style.

Once you’re subscribed, you can add as many render requests to your queue as you like. They’ll be delivered one at a time, in order of priority.

We get it. You might not have non-stop rendering needs every single month. If you only have a few requests, you can pause your subscription anytime.

Billing cycles run on a 31-day period. For example, if you sign up and use Joyride for 21 days, then pause your subscription, you’ll still have 10 days of service left to use whenever you’re ready.

Big projects, like multiple product renders, complex animations, or high-volume image sets, will be broken down into smaller batches on Joyride’s side. You can expect to receive steady progress every 72–96 hours until the entire project is complete.

Most work is created using Cinema 4D, Redshift for rendering, and Adobe tools like Photoshop or After Effects for final compositing and polish.

Joyride offers flexible ways to submit your projects. You can add requests directly on your project board, share CAD files, sketches, notes, or even record a Loom video if you prefer explaining your ideas verbally. Basically, if it can be shared or uploaded, it’s fair game!

No problem at all. Joyride will keep revising the render until you’re completely satisfied.

Yes. Joyride focuses on product rendering and does not cover:

• Architectural visualizations

• Character animation or rigging

• Large-scale VFX for film

• Game asset modeling or animation

• Product modeling(we will use your CAD model from manufacturing)

• Highly complex organic modeling (e.g. lifelike humans)

• Story-driven animations

• commercials

That’s totally fine. You can subscribe, submit your project, and then pause your subscription when finished. You can come back anytime without losing your remaining days of service.

Because of the custom nature of 3D work, no refunds are issued past the first week of service. However, no refunds are issued for already completed render work.
